Selini 3D sculpture clad in selenite by Dimitris Koutroumpas Dreamers are Welcome

Selini – This sculpture reimagines the Greek lunar goddess as a contemporary oracle, her mannequin form reborn in the glow of raw selenite crystals. Once a symbol of mass-produced beauty, she now radiates an otherworldly aura - her body armored in jagged, translucent stone, as if the moon itself sculpted her from its own light.

Nature Spirit sculpture on show at Wells Art Contemporary in Wells Cathedral by artist Dimitris Koutroumpas

Spirit - This sculpture reanimates a discarded mannequin as a ‘nature spirit,’ its form entwined with foraged vines, seeds, leaves, twigs, bark, moss. The work is a metaphor for how nature reclaims the artificial.

Vinyl record and Plastic Plant Pot Flowers by Dimitris Koutroumpas on show in the Art Bank courtyard

Book Gardens - Real live gardens grown in old books.

'Plastic flowers'

is an installation created from scratched vinyl records and discarded plant pots, collected from a garden centre. These plastic pots are only used once and then are thrown away and as such are a real environmental issue.

This work was exhibited  at the RHS Show, where they helped the Woodland Trust win an award for best stall.  They have also been exhibited at Glastonbury Festival.  You can now see them at the Art Bank's courtyard in Somerset.
